DC Artifact on Mythic lvl still has 120s CD

As title says. Other artis get 60s, im guessing this is a bug.

    Pretty sure it's intentional. It would be a bit more OP with a 60s CD.

    They should give it some other benefit at Mythic though, because at the moment there is really no reason to get it past level 100.

    theres pretty big reason to level them man. its like 6000 points with all 4 leveled extra

    Sure with all 4 it's a decent amount of gear item level. But here we are talking about the DC artifact. And having it in your primary slot is still a great idea, but spending millions of RP to level it up for no extra usability other than stats is not. It should be the absolute last thing you put any more RP into.

    Pretty sure they didn't reduce the cooldown because the thing is already totally overpowered.
