Invocation problem?

Pray is not working on my HR,on that account i have 4 characters,it works fine on others,but something happen on my HR and now it doesnt work anymore..to be exact..for a month now,i was hoping it will get fixed. But it has been long since then and nothing has changed.

What exactly happens is next:
I go in a blue circle, sound is there, light on pray icon is there..but nothing happens,pray simply does not work. Either by ctrl + i or simply by clicking the pray icon with a mouse.

It has been working fine,cause i have 9 ardent coins on him,and one day it just stopped to work.
Anyone else has similar problems?

    That's weird the icon doesn't work when pressed. Does the icon have your god's holy symbol in it or is it blank?

    However, have you tried looking at that character's keybinds to see if somehow CTRL+I got remapped? In any case, I'd suggest to remap it to a single key (I mapped mine to F5) and see if that works. If not, I'd then first file a Bug Report and then file a GM/Support Ticket and include your Ticket ID Number from the bug report. If you end up doing this, please reply here also with your Ticket ID Numbers.

    Tried changing keybind,everything looks normal,but it doesnt work.

    Did yours get fixed? I'm facing the exact same issue. And did the exact same thing. Raised a ticket and got a reply saying that the issue is an "unreported bug" , therefore there isn't a fix for it :/

    On these characters, did you finish the Blacklake quest chain?

    They made a change a while back that characters who hadn't done so couldn't learn to invoke or do professions.

    It strikes me that it's possible that characters who had already learned to invoke prior to the change but had never finished Blacklake might be prevented from continuing to invoke.

    If you don't remember, check your journal under quests for completion of an entry like Blacklake:lairs.

    One of my guildies is having the exact same issue. I don't see how or why it as marked as an "unreported" bug when they clearly have multiple users experiencing this issue. The problem here is, he's completed Blacklake: Lairs.

    Tell me about it. I was pretty surprised when they said its unknown / unreported. I didn't have Black Lake done during the time I replied the post above. Thought I'd give it a go and finish it. Made no difference. I was told to make an in game bug report. Been a couple of weeks now and still no news.
