BLUE dragon glyphs - damage nerfed to 300/500 (lesser/greater)
BLACK dragon glyphs - no changes needed since damage is already capped at 3 stacks.

i don't get why ppl think 1 sec icw will solve anything?
that's still a lot of dmg at 1 per sec, especially when it's guaranteed once it procs
they just need to be gone from PVP
along with overload slots, leave that **** for PVE

These glyphs are extremely common and very, very cheap. So cheap, I don't bother selling them. Get your own.

A lesser glyph runs you about 300 AD on the AH so it's not a massive investment of AD. You can combine with the Black Ice augments on the Black Ice gear too.
This isn't "ruining PvP". One must take losses as a win at learning what else one can do better next time.
You only LOSE when you don't have fun irregardless of your PvP standings. Enjoy your losses. Keep in mind there's always ways you can improve yur own skills.

Actually that's not entirely correct. I wish they had an 8 hour timer on them like the ones you can get from the black ice profession. 2 hours means I go through about 2 to 3 of them a week.

Not at all. If you;ve learn to dodge a gwf unstoppable, you know how to dodge those also. I do agree that red glyphs need 1 sec IC, but other than that they are fine as they are, and have a far less impact than cleric artifact for classes like HR/TR/CW or broken class features like ss/kv or hr piercing dmg.

You can't "learn" to dodge or stop the glyphs. If you hit any of the enemy team then you take crazy dmg. If you do a dot attack or fast attacks like hr, sw, cw, and tr uses then you are dead. As I said, using these glyphs I won a 9v1, that is way too much, and they at least had 2 well geared players there too.
It takes 1 guy to move on a node and no one can stop him, I have tried it many times and the only counter seems to be a powerful cleric to continuously heal the team but making all other classes obsolete is just bad.

The only true way to fix this pvp and pve problem is to make 2 pages for each(pve set up and pvp set up)
1 character sheet for pve only used in pve and 1 for pvp you can only use in pvp!
1 feats page for pve and one for pvp you can only use one or the other
1 boons sheet for pve and one for pvp.
fix it where you can not swap gear! So what you enter with is what you play with! forgot to change gear owell!
every time pvp gets a change pve gets broken! Every time pve gets change pvp gets broken. We can not have a balanced game play with one set up for both types of game play. My 2 cents
No, glyphs are not OP. It is WAI, that the team with the KV/glyph using GF/ GFs wins. The BIS 60k HP PvP DC gets what he deserves for spending tons of money or time on his char, when a CW with glyphs melts him down in seconds. If you are to stupid to keep your enemy out of the line of sight of a abovementioned GF, you deserve to lose against any 9k GS PvE toon (sarcasm off).
BTW, I use them too on my GWF, bc I hate to lose against ppl I had even fights with or owned before. Sorry to the seemingly small number of players not on this bandwagon. I still have some of them from countless epic LOL/SOT runs, but I would be ok with every fix up to deleting them. They might be nice in PVE, but they are not needed. You can do all of the content with a decent team, no glyphs needed.

So instead for delete them you can ask for a daily/encounter/class feature fix. A glyph with 1 sec CD it only does 12k dmg on 20 sec period and that is not op by any means and for dodge them i am saying use los/cc or just run away for a couple of seconds and get back when the buff is done as they dont have 100% uptime (and if someone wants burst dmg i dont think they;ll use the same enchant in both slots).
They might be nice in PVE, but they are not needed.

As for PvP, anybody that claims they are not gamebreaking have not seen a GF coming to mid and faceplanting himself there spamming daily after daily and you hit ppl around, you lag to hell and back and take 10-20K damage. My 42K HP CW is melting like butter if it keeps RoF for 3-4 secs at most on these GFs. You used to be able to tank some damage, freeze them and have a chance... but now there's basically nothing you can do. They move fast, shields up, I cannot get behind them 90% of the cases.
But the game is not 1vs1 right?
Well doesn't matter in this case. Anybody hitting the GF is in same situation. Takes 2 at least to overcome him and they will end up with low HP from reflects.
What about that TR that cannot hit a single DF and just jumps off target, yet he still manages to pull kills with Reds fast-proccing for 600 after 600?
What about a CW? Put reds on, and keep RoF on some poor soul, they die in 3 secs.
There was a reason to Tenacity. To remove one-shot type of fights.
What if you are CCed? You will melt and die at 40K+ HP ad 20% Tenacity.

One rotation, dead, cause glyphs add too much damage. They do more than some encounters.
But all you are saying is that red glyphs dont have an internal cooldown or that some skills are working too good with them.I can assure you that gwfs are far from killing geared people in one rotation with or without red glyphs.
The problem there with those enchant is they are reflecting 600 damage what ever the damage source is. mean you do 100 or 20 k damage you will have 600 back draw. It quite problematic in CW case since they force us to play with multi damage spell to DPS to make chance proc (using enchant like spell plague ). Until they put some timer their the only way to fight those who play with that is to play with high single damage spell and with terror enchant (no second proc but more damage and some armor pen bonus). that mean in CW case you play pvp without counting to any proc of your capstone what ever your path.
SO in CW case the best answer to fight those enchant is renegade with lvl 10 terror enchant, last lighting passive power and extra control + spell tab icy ray, push, ice strike and debuf spell + ice dagger with good power and DRI and when the combat advantage drop you should be able to shot most of their life in one rotate

No your wrong because SOS is a fine power an has always worked fine, never OP. Just because the devs decide to put an overpowered item in the game shouldn't mean the guardian fighter gets nerfed, that makes no sense. The clear option would be to nerf the actual problem...the glyphs.

- immunity to Chill during block is also quite annoying to say the least. Icy Rays immunity while blocking it? Fine. But I could live with all this if the permadaily/team reflect things are gone.

Well I only play a gf, I have other chars but they are all under 12k gs and not even equipped so when I speak about the gf I say it because its the truth and what I think would be best for balance between classes.
And I have said in threads that KV is bugged atm and the perma daily is wrong, I don't find it fun running around with no one able to hit me. Kv was fine before, it just needed a range nerf, not sure why they done a rework because now they made it worse for other classes so people shouldn't have asked for too much.
The simple fixes for this whole problem would be to make KV not gain AP from allies and the glyphs to be either nerfed or removed. very simple and fixes everything, or at least most things.
Also These glyphs don't only affect gf. A cw using them can melt peoples hp and a high geared hr can kill any player in max 6 seconds just with 3 moves.

KV is bugged, it fills us with AP when we don't take damage..

Got dwarf GF with valor and blue glif. and Dragon HR and we got no chanse agains two of em they were steamrolling the whole place loseing 0 hp ZERO!!!111

I agree 100% and its just annoying. pvp has freakin 2 maps in que and a whooping 2 areas on a map in 2 zones. really??? why even bother. for the love of god there are so many mmos that are pvp based and then there are like a handful of people that even pvp and they try to get things adjusted. Its kinda sad im curious where things will go. I started the game because D&D is about just that not pvp. Its kinda irritating. The biggest mistake i think they have made is putting it in to begin with. They should have put in a duel system and put more effort into the dungeon. because well....yea the name of the game says it all.

They cant and should not balance an entered game that's not pvp based on pvp. It would not make one bit of sense at all. Also you all are not being honest in stating that not every match is like that. Hell most aren't like that because most people in this game don't really bother to figure out which item is op. Its a PvE based game. The devs are not crazy in putting them in its that they honestly are trying to keep with the things they are implementing in pve. Theres no reason why PvE should suffer for PvP. The one thing I would like to hear from the pvpers is "put things in the game that are only in pvp and not in pve" That would work for me. If PvP is needed give it it's own world. Weapons, accessories, everything. Not combine the two like the black ice ordeal. But...that being said. the glyphs are something it seemed intended because it did not exist in pve gear till the drac stuff... I think people have complained so much that even the devs are confused. But as with any business at this rate whichever makes the most money will be the one that wins. As things are set up now it seems pvp will be the victor because weapon/ enchant diff does not really weigh in much in pve but does in pvp. So with that being said ...sad but true pve is more balanced than pvp in my opinion.
I tested the other glyphs as well. They are OP too.
For example, I fought an HR while having a single greater Green slotted on my CW.
I stood still NO ATTACKS, NO MOVEMENT.
HR attacked. My glyphs started ticking, dealing unavoidable damage. My damage ticks IMMEDIATELY started proccing Warped Magics and then Assailant. Then the glyph dealt unavoidable, unmitigated 3K damage, and my procs still went on on the HR (who was BiS) until she was at about 70% HP.
I fail to see how dealing 30% of HP by doing nothing does belong even remotely in PvP.

I have posted ACT where Reds constituted 22% of damage for a BiS TR. Next was CoS at 20%.

At the least, an ICD should be put on the red glyphs as it was for the blue glyphs, and all glyph damage should respect DR/deflect.

HR attacked. My glyphs started ticking, dealing unavoidable damage. My damage ticks IMMEDIATELY started proccing Warped Magics and then Assailant. Then the glyph dealt unavoidable, unmitigated 3K damage, and my procs still went on on the HR (who was BiS) until she was at about 70% HP.
I fail to see how dealing 30% of HP by doing nothing does belong even remotely in PvP.
Blues are still OP as hell.
Blacks are OP too.
Reds... well, reds are reds.
Whites, nobody will ever use i suppose.
Off with them all from PvP.
