SCA Protector's Speech not available

I'm unable to see the Protector's Speech in the SCA map with any of my characters. I've been playing the dungeons for quite some time, but just today thought about trying the event dungeon, but nothing is there.

    Has SCA bugged out for you and decided you haven't done the tutorial? That happens sometimes, and event SCAs are unavailable until you do it again.

    Ah, thanks! I did the tutorial, and now I see the event. I even freed the dog with the dog I got from the first time I did the tutorial.
