Guardian Fighter - Corrupted Black Ice Set

Been playing a Guardian Fighter for quite some time now and been trying to get a DPS spec(conqueror) to work and being not only viable but also being able to compete with other classes damage output, I think the rest knows the story.
The main problem now, there are no real dps gear. Timeless Hero is the closest thing we have as a DPS-set and it is by far from being a legit one, it lacks armor penetration and critical strike disregarding the set-bonus active.
When playing on Module 1 I just excused it on the game being new, of course there was the possibility of them not having time to make some sets for all play-styles.
When playing on Module 2 I was quite annoyed, looking forward to it and it was still nothing out there for us pure-conquerors.
Now when looking into the previewshards I had high hopes, as they mentioned Corrupted Black Ice-sets were the dps variants, like finally; I thought.

+Deflect
+Life Steal
+Tenacity
This is our new DPS-set.. I know the set-bonus offers some bonus damage but what about the pure stats? Where is the much needed critical strike and/or armor penetration?
Devs at Neverwinter Online, can you either make a proper DPS-set for those who tries to play the way the game implies is possible or just remake the entire conquerors path?

Currently, all the stats for all classes are the same.
Post suggestions for more appropriate stats in the proper feedback thread (and use the light blue color coding as requested to highlight your feedback), as they are actively soliciting player input.
