Question about the profession 100% speed bonus.

Say, tailoring. The original worker does get the 25% speed bonus? Cause I only ever messed with leadership and the first slot doesn't receive any bonuses so I assume that it's impossible in that profession even with heros.

Also, can I buy four 25% workers, use em on one character, and mail em to the rest?

    If the first slot is filled with a non-white bordered professional then the bonus counts in the 1st slot.

    2 heroes (50% bonus) = 100% bonus.

    yes you can buy (or upgrade to) 4 25% workers, use them on one character, and mail them to another who can also use and then mail them. BTDT

    4 blue crafters or 2 purple crafters in any profession can get you the 100% speed bonus unlock. I've done it both ways.

    And yes you can mail them. I've also helped guildies get the unlock this way too.

    Green and better workers get speed bonus in main slot too.

    White workers get speed bonus only in "optional" slots (as their description states).

    A long time ago I bought 4 Master Alchemists. Now one of the first things I do when a new character gets to the level where professions unlock is to use them to unlock a second slot. The great thing about Alchemy for this is that Rank 1 experimentation uses only the basic vitriol and the research doesn't take that long and allows for three extra assets. Usually takes less than 30 minutes to unlock the slot.

    Master Alchemists are dirt cheap, wow. Those still work right?

    Absolutely. They're so cheap because the current lockbox profession pack is alchemy, so they're in high supply.

    Well that was a tedious nightmare. Not going to be buying an epic mount any time soon after buying a load of footmen. 10 characters requires a lot of investment:rolleyes:

    I did the same thing about a year ago. It is starting to really get to be such a hassle....
