I can't find the answer to this, but all around the world of Neverwinter are statues, maybe to Selune or some other goddess, and when my Cleric clicks on them it says "Interacting..." and the progress bar goes up an completes, but nothing happens.
What are they supposed to do? I thought I would be healed, or cleansed, or gain some Action or Divinity Points or something, but nothing.
These are not quest statues. They seem to be just dressing, but a Cleric can interact with them. For example, there is one on the map where you do some of the Orc quests, and there's one in the Vault for when the crown gets stolen.

You certainly do.
My tongue-in-cheek comment referred to how at low levels, the coppers gained from the buff don't nearly make up for the cost of using religion kits on them, but there's no reason for a DC to pass up a little free money.
I don't think you see these shrines very much later in the game, or not that I can recall.
