  Probably return your UI settings to the default, as there's a known issue with scaling that prevents it from displaying properly (boon 5 can be right off the top of the screen and unselectable).

  The thing is, you don't get a boon at 12/24, therefore there's something wrong with your display if you think you should, because it's not lined up properly.

  It unlocks at 14/24. You still have one more to go

  There is no glitch. You don't have a boon to take because you are not entitled to one right now.
