Companion Active Slot purchase bugged

Yesterday I bought a 6th companion active slot,zen were deducted from my account but no additional slot was granted.Can a GM help me?
Edit : please move this to bug reports not in preview server,my mistake

    You cannot buy a sixth companion active slot. The item description in the shop specifically says to a maximum of five, and that buying it only grants an early unlock (since you get them all by levelling up). You may try contacting customer support about a refund, explaining that you misunderstood how it works, but this is not a bug, and there's nothing anyone on the forums can do to help you.

    This happened to me and customer support was able to help.

    Yes, the description states a maximum of five, but then the button should either gray out when you reach level 60, some type of message should appear, or at the very least, no Zen should be deducted when nothing is actually received. Not sure I would agree this isn't a bug.

    The button not being greyed out is a definite problem. Not getting a sixth slot isn't a bug though.

    Devs dont care about this problem they dont want to refound y lost and dont want to change the zen store "even if they fool more ppl continuously" .I have 30 day past ticket and still open no respond nobody will care about your and others active companion slot bug.

    I fail to see how it is that they are fooling anybody , the description of the companion slots is quite clear , it is an early unlock .

    An where can y see on active companion slot "you can have only 5 companions on lvl 60 ???????????"..
    Why y can see it after lvl60 on zen store or why y cant trade it or somthing .
    Now i know too(but i wasted much before and after m2 on this) but when someone start (or if someone come back to game ) a game they have no description about comp active slot, hou much will they have at lvl 60 .
    Second thing is also irretating if y buyed before the patch ,its like you buyed 4 more char slots and the new modul 3 com out and all players can have free 10 char slot . And y wasted y hard earned euros on somthing what any one else got for free .
    Its like y buy somthing from web shop and y dont gain it .
    All mmos know how too keep they paying players . Only Cryptic dont care about it.

    but if you read it tells: add a slot to a max of 5.... simply read it...

    if you bought the supposed "sixth sloth" and leaves felt cheated PWI returns your ZEN yes, personal experience!
