Since the winter patch that has basically kept half the people from logging into the game, will we get a refund of all the astral tokens ( or whatever they are called for praying each day) cause if i can't get in soon i will lose ALL of them from day 1 of playing on a founder account?

How are you going to lose your astral tokens? you don't loss them.
Are you talking about 7 day reward? if so the game has been up all day besides that quick two patch an hour ago.

actually there are alot of us that cant get in.. its been 15 hours for me now. patcher don't work force patch dont work.. reinstall didnt work. just gets to character screen and crash
No celestial coins will be refunded. A similar issue happened at launch and I lost celestial coins and I sent in a service ticket and was told those will not be refunded.

. . . . . Ardent coins do not decay. Celestial Coins will decay if you do not Invoke for 29 hours. You can now refresh your Invocation Timer through the Gateway's Sword Coast Adventures, should you be unable to do so in game via Invocation.

That doesn't work when the servers are down, only if you're not able to log in to the game for personal reasons.
