1v1 contest/challenge/stake

Lately I've been getting bored on neverwinter. So how about a profitable contest of sorts. I'll 1v1 , gf vs gf gwf vs gwf or tr vs tr for ad "stake" chalenges. Rules : no buffs of any kind and no daily for tr fights. No fighters rec or sup of steel for gf fights also no troll builds that would last 2hours. For gwf fights u cant be running the whole time u have to be statonary unless dodging prones or you are not unstopable and they are. Idc if its 5k ad or 2mil. I will accept. Also if you are at a large disadvantage. Say your in rank 7s and normal enchants. I will pay double if I lose. Message me in game @ikeepit3hunna to schedule a match. The large cash matches such as 500k+ will recorded on stream (twitch)

I don't have a dc q.q. but gwf vs gwf actualy isn't bad when people don't just run n stun and wait for regen. If your both trying to dps. It will end.

what's the minimum you'll be willing to bet?

I have a fresh 60 GWF I'd be willing to try this with for gits and shiggles. My GF isn't 60 yet so can't set that up. Same with my TR.. I do have a 60 DC and 60 CW, if there's a potential there?

I love the rule list. How exactly are you going to enforce that?

FOUL! GWF MADE ILLEGAL MOVE! (VIOLATION OF RULE #7: moving at all) PLAYERS WILL BE RESET IN 5...4....3...

Also, saying "if you're at a severe disadvantage (normal enchants/r7s)" is sorta just a backhanded way of boasting. Why not just link your character sheet and a "deal with it" gif and be done with it?

Would you scale your payout? If I'm in unenchanted armour with r3s and 4s, would I stand to win triple or quadruple?

Got to love these rules of "No Troll Builds". Let me guess Deflect/Regen is a troll build right...

How about a no gear match, just Weapon/Shield.

well im not trying to boast im just listing how im doing things. i guess if u wanted to try with that low of enchants but the chance of winning would not be very high. how im going to enforce the rules well i cant really enforce them. but im not going to deal with someone running in circles waiting for regen. im trying to make the 1v1s possible and fun, i dont want them to last like 3 hours because people can get really really tanky.

deflect regen is fine. im talking about like. a gf with 38k hp 1.5k regen and only plays defensively with iron warrior. that match will NEVER end and be very boring. for tanks like gf and gwf to actualy fight u have to be going more on the offensive when stats for pvp and builds are centered more defensively overall. so things have to be altered

38k HP + 1.7k Regen before MOD 2 - 42-43k HP 2.4k Regen after MOD 2.

see that build is just meant to tank people out. also not very optimal in a premade because no matter how tanky u want to get a rotation of cw on u = dead. so after u get tanky enough to handle 1v1 pour the rest of your stats into offensive abilities so you can benefit your team. so not only is that build not as viable in premades, but its very anoying to 1v1. i personaly like gf vs gf 1v1 but if all they do is run block and heal thats boring.

Thank You for your insightful information. I only pug and never premade and CW's are always killing me.

You need crits from Ice Knife, Icy Rays and all the luck in the world to down 40K HP with the DR/Deflect these guys are running, with perfect vorpal. Meh

why dont you just have no armor/item fights, using level 1 weapons. only

im sure that would be more fair than any of those rules.

no problem, sorry to hear that. if you want to get premades go to the pmvspm channel. as a gf to avoid cws u either need the drop on them or they have to be close so u can threatening rush them. also villians menace but thats not always going to be ready.

im only doing mirror matches so no cws

well i have a cw but cw 1v1 is just who gets lifted first. kind of ehh. also no one has sent me ingame mail/messages yet so i assume no one wants to 1v1. its kind of funny because before the post everyone wants to 1v1, then i give out a challenge and 0 replies.

no troll builds.. lmao what do you want to fight? people without deflect, high HP and regen? also running around in circles as a sent waiting for regen ticks is a viable strategy, this 1v1s doesnt make any sense, nobody is going to count 3..2...1. in a real match, and sentinel vs sentinel? are you kidding me, stop wasting people's time get a handful slap of reality, sentinel vs sentinel is so meh...

my sentinel can combo out dcs and gfs in 1 rotation+ daily. im not your average sent ;P. also i know its not like a real match fight. thats the point of it. its a nice break from the basic pvp to do something different

I don't think we ever dueled, but you did lose to Rabid when you 1v1ed him last month.

ah hzarn, that would be a good match. and yea rabid is pro man. i wish i could have a rematch with him sometime. where did he go anyways? and in my defence that wasnt an organized 1v1.

That was actually a premade where we were doing 1v1s, so I'd call that organized

Rabid is a beast - probably one of the best GFs I've ever come across. Not sure what happened to him - I haven't seen him on in weeks.

yea, i was really surprised. hes really good at the jumping and faking out with prones. we should 1v1 some time hzarn. idk how im gonna jump over ur halforc as a halfing though ._. could cause issues XD

Also I really think you are out of touch with the game if you think you can simply walk in and 1 shot the top players as a GWF. If you are running destroyer, you'll get destroyed. If you are running a glass canon GF you'll get destroyed.

The meta now is tanky or semi-tanky classes stacking HP & Regen and still putting out enough damage to kill other classes. If you face a mirror Sent GF/GWF then it's a stalemate.

Plus 1v1's means nothing when it comes to real premade vs. premade. So get yourself a team together and come challenge the other teams and earn our respec. Till then you can put your pocket book away as we would feel bad taking your money.

actualy we just asked you for a premade like 30 mins ago and u "were just doing dailys". and i know 1v1s dont count into premade fights. 1v1s are just for fun (and bragging rights XD). i didnt mean for this to become a flame war. also i know i cant 1 shot things. im not running dest or glasscanon. im high defence regen etc. im tanky enough to hold a point 1v1, but then i put the rest of my stats into dps so i can have the chance to win the point instead of only stalemating it. also providing better support for spiking down high-priority targets. its not like i just came up with this idea off the top of my head. ive tested gwf and gf 1v1s. sents tanks etc. if both players are being offensive then the fight will come to a close. and they get really tense during the matches. the most fun ive had on this game honestly was 1v1ing a gf a little while ago. we had money on the line and were very evenly matched in terms of skill.

on another note. idk why things get so hostile in pvp. its just a game. we all need to chill out, try new things, and just have fun in general. it isnt worth all the stress to talk about whos better then who and whos guild is the best. i know i can be a hothead but im working on that. we need to make a friendly pvp comunity and not have all this mess.
