What to do solo lvl 60

I really like my GWF but I feel like I'm running out of things to do. I generally play from work in down time and that means I can't really commit to a group for a dungeon run. I've tried some PvP but even with my 11.5GS I generally am not that good, and it isn't my favorite play style.

I've been running the repeatable Feywilde quests but... meh.

I do like the foundry and do that a lot.

Is there any other content out there I could solo? Any dungeons I could run through?

What else am I missing that could be fun to solo?

    - Go find all the scrying stones in each area (3 per area.)

    - Get all the slayer titles you can.

Can't really think of anything else, unless you want to actually try making foundries (may not be your cup of tea.)

Try skirmishes too, they tend to be faster then dungeons

Try soloing some of the non-epic dungeons. Cloak tower and Cragmire Crypts are trivial to solo for any lvl 60, but after that things can get a bit more challenging.

    Collect achievement points.

    Collect titles.
    Hoping for improvements...

For the record, I do NOT recommend trying to run Pirate King solo... if you wanted to farm doc rings or gristle belts, it's not bad, but the end boss is a total PITA, and absolutely not worth the aggravation. Win, but way too much work and NOT fun, at least for a GF.

Keep doing the feywild quests and get your daily key everyday, save them for the final dungeon ( Tower of Celaidine I believe it's called). It's very easy for a GWF to solo it and you can keep running it for a chance to get the companion out of the final chest untill you run out of keys.

Get a key every day even if you don't do any dailies, by keeping at least one of the cave/fen/tower quests open. Run the tower when you have time.

I used to play DC Universe Online a lot. They have a system of feat points that give you skill points to better your character. Does this game have such a system? I ask because I love and am addicted to this game yet I know next to nothing about character progression.....the tiers for one example. Out of the 5 characters I have 4 are level 60. Not sure where to go from there, what I need to do to better them...........stuff like that.

HOW in the world can you have 4 60s and not know how the game works yet lol? Anyway -- each class has feat points and class skills that you pick to make your build. There are a billionty guides in the class forums and online for that, but it mostly comes down to finding a simple synergy between them that works for you to accomplish dps or whatever your goal is. The rest is earning gear for the most part -- there are 4 or 5 "tiers" of get at level 60 (green, blue, purple 1, purple 2, purple 3, ...). The "new" area lets you earn "boons" which add to your stats somewhat as if you had better gear so you want to grind out those.

As far as the tiers of gear go... you can find or buy in the AH decent quality blue gear which gives you about a 9k gear score with good enchantments and all that. So there is no reason to wear green. The first tier of purple is the reward items from the new area that are easy to get (chest drops, etc) and is WORSE than MOST blue items!! Its awful, tends to have like +60 to everything instead of +120 or more to the things you use meaning a full set of it gives you 1/2 the ability of a focused character or a "well rounded but good at nothing" character. Meh. The other tiers of purple gear are dropped from group instances though you can still find a little of it for sale in the AH from back when it was not bound on pickup.

So, in short --- learn how to spec/build and then earn a set of gear. Once you have about 12k or more gear score you can do most anything in the game (some stuff needs a group) and are pretty much "done" with the game content until more is released. That means learning what everything does (armor pen, what does that DO? Crit, what is that? Etc!) so you can decide what 3-4 (5 tops) of the stats found on gear are the ones you want to focus on the most.

Note that you probably want to get a "stat pet" -- a companion that adds 100% of its stats from items to YOUR stats, these are the ioun stones or cat or whatever else they may have added since. For the most part the companions are teribad at combat and only so-so at healing you so it turns out that having a stat-pet is better for most situations.

This game does not have feat points that you can earn by accomplishing tasks within the game, as DCUO does. You can only get the points related to character leveling.

Feat Points in DCUO are nothing like the feat points in this game. In DCUO you can earn feat points by accomplishing tasks in the game, that will give you a Skill Point for every 100 feat points you collect. These skill points are in addition to the ones you get from leveling your character.

The skill points can be used on weapon skills, many of which give stat boosts to the character. They can also be used to purchase abilities in your movement power suite, that are either like movement related superpowers or permanent character buffs.

Since there are many points to collect in play, a character can improve his character far beyond the abilities derived from the leveling process. As this can take a fair amount of time, it is basically the way characters level once the level cap is reached. The system also prevents any need to raise the level cap, as new feats are added frequently providing players with new opportunities to get feat points and further improve their character with them.

You may now see why the person asking the question wanted to know if this game had a similar system.

Well yes, GWF it will be solo.

Foundries of course. Also you can troll the PvP, for example you play one entire pvp session without using one Power, just running from one base to another, and see if you can reach a 0 - 25 score.
IFeywild is ...repetitive, let"s say. Find someone to duo the quests! All the tension and stress (omg I am late on my rotation, in the current situation is a 50% Unnoticeable ok or do I wait for a full bar, things like that) vanish, you kill everything quick and easy, while chatting with the duo-mate about everything, the respective merits of your pets, your favourite foe, whatever.
English is not my first language.

    what endgame ?

L60is game over, or lets say Max level. There are no games that offer something that would be worth to keep playing.

Sure its personal taste but theres no game out there that offers the same fun after reaching max level than the level progress itself.

you can collect all kind of Purple stuff, farm for cash crafting matts. You can do time wasting raids and play with your friends. you can get Boons for your hard earned Diamonds (complete bullcrap)

in other games its called Alternate Advancement or Epic points etc etc....

but you wont ever have the same feeling again than leveling from level 1 to Max... in no game out there

nothing is as satisfying than the level progress for the majority of players.

Thats why people tend to roll endless Alts until they have testet out what they were interested in.

Neverwinter needs a new level cap of 80 then later 100 then 120+ and in addition to that new content over the next month and years to come.

or people will just move to the next game and and and

There are many things that are causing people to lose interest in the game, but I really don't think that level cap is in the top 3.

    Consider for example:

Replayability: If you roll a new alt, it will just be exploring the same areas and doing the same quests as you did before - sure, there are a few race/class specific quests, but 99% of the game is almost linear, and the same for all alts - which reduced the replayability

Professions: Cryptic has made practically all the professions (with the exception of leadership) almost pointless - there is no incentive to spend a lot of time/effort/money to get your profession skills up - the final rewards are just not worth it.

Endless issues: Even today the game feels unfinished - lack of alternate paragon paths, failure to fix major bugs for months - "balancing" that is very badly thought out, and causes more problems than it solves.

Lack of support for the player community: There are so many things wrong with the guilds and player support in general that I don't even know where to start.

Failure to stop farmers/bots: Farmers and bots really annoy many people, and the perception is that Cryptic/PWE is not doing enough to stop them.

The level cap is not the biggest issue the game has.....far from it.
    Hoping for improvements...
