Gateway Erroring - Avoid doing professions

It appears a bug in the gateway from weeks ago persists. If you process your professions through the gateway, you will lose any astral diamonds you made. Until PW can get it fixed, my recommendation is to not use the gateway for professions.

    We lose unrefined AD or refined also?

    We lose, you mean the reward AD for the task (e.g. Protect caravan) is not received, or we lose all the AD that we prviously had ?

    As far as I can tell, you lose only the rough AD you earned when completing the professions. So like today, I mistakenly completed my leadership professions via the gateway, then logged in to the game client, and all the rough AD I should have been able to refine disappeared. My recommendation: avoid using the gateway for professions, until they can fix that bug.

    I just checked it out and didn't lose AD. Completed and refined AD from "Battle Undead" via gateway, then opened the game client and looked at my inventory.

    I hit my refining cap by doing tasks via the Gateway pretty much every day. I refine via Gateway as well as collecting (inventory tab).

    There may be some issues specific to the Chrome browser though. I use Firefox.
