  Well, even when the counter works right, it is not worth it since the rewards aren't set properly. It only rewards rank 1 enchantments. There are several other high level contests like that.

  It has been broken for quite a while. I believe its the only zone-contest that isn't functioning properly. Could be wrong on that, but I can attest that it has never worked for me (can't even complete the quest for it). Never have been able over the 3 - 4 months I've been playing the game.

  I remember that too. Level 1 enchantments! Didn't realize this had been going on for as long as that. Meh!
