hero's feast feeds many

i'm loving the new hero's feast. +150 power and +1k HP. and it stacks with the other festival enhancements. great stuff!

    I haven't actually used one of these yet, but I'm making a bunch. Does anyone know if the buff stays active if you leave the vicinity of the feast?

    I had it in my mind that it took 5 altars to make 1 feast, and still thought it was a neat recipe (and would clear out some of my many, many altars). The 1 for 1 exchange has its pros and cons in that regard.

    Yes, the buff stays (30 minute duration), just like a campfire buff.
    Someone had one going in PE on my server last night and I swiped a buff :)

    I was still in "but... but... what if I need them for something?" mentality and hoarding them with dragon-like ferocity. Well, not really on the last bit, but I hadn't gotten around to vendoring any yet.

    managed to scoop up 3 stacks of 99 on the AH real cheap as soon as patch came out lol

    Yeah I regret a little about junking most, but I always kept a stack of 99 on 5 of my characters so this will be a good replacement :3
