It can definitely lead dungeons in DPS, competing with TRs, and 1v1 PvP is a DPS monster, particularly with the Stun Lock build. :)

    I try and use it to finish things off whenever possible, but I won't wait to use it unless something is very close to the point I believe I can kill it.

    Hey, threat is really more easy with damage? i've been partying and GF makes me useless...of course i'm not 60 yet and still using queue system, so...

    Use IBS on a cluster of mobs...I.E. When singularity has them all bunched up :)
