Sort Broken!

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue. I filed a ticket a week or two ago and figured it'd be dealt with, but it's really starting to get annoying, and I don't know if it's just me doing something wrong xD So I thought I'd post this here. When I click "Sort" it doesn't actually "sort" (on ANY tab)... it just flips the inventory. So if a potion is at the top of my bag, it'll be at the bottom of the block of items when I hit sort, and then hitting it again just puts everything back the way it was before. I use this feature a lot to sort runes/enchants and profession assets and resources. I'm OCD so I spend like twenty minutes organizing things manually xD! I need mah sort back T-T

    It is a known issue as it has been reported for a bit now. It is also not a high priority issue as there is stuff that has to be fixed before this.

    I searched the forums pretty intently before posting, and there was no report. You sure it was reported? If so, where can it be found? I'd like to follow the thread where it's being discussed and see if any temporary fixes come around. How do you know it's not high priority? Do they have a list somewhere we can follow with what order they're working on bugs? :D OR are you a secret Developper? :3

    Ah, I found some of the threads posted!~ Not sure why they didn't show up the first twenty minutes I searched lol... okay, at least I know I'm not alone! :D

    Although I'd still take a url to a post saying that sort isn't a high priority, along with what is, since you seem to know their inner workings, I trust you can find it for me :D

    It was also brought up to a dev in one of the twitchtv steams "live" and he said he hadn't heard anything about it but would look into it after the broadcast.

    To be honest, fixing things like Mephits spawning out of bounds during a contest in a single zone (reported as fixed in this patch) seems like a lot lower priority to me than this bug, which impacts every single character as often as multiple times per hour. I am baffled why this functionality it was working for months, now has not been fixed for multiple patches. Very frustrating.

    I also get annoyed at that broken sort function. It was working for a very long time, but ever since i manually changed the size of my inventory window (which in turn moved the all the boxes/slots) it hasn't worked since. That should be good troubleshooting info for the devs.

    Manually adjusting windows will kill your sort function!

    (at least for me it did)

    No, it broke for everyone all the time after a maintenance patch. Whatever else you've thought corresponded to it is a coincidence.
