Got an email about this today. Normally I have been one to counter people saying this is worthless...having gotten about 5500 zen from these, I should be fan. However in the last 2-3 weeks all of the surveys have either said I did not qualify or a few just did not reward me zen.
I guess my point is me latest experience with these means that +20% of zero is still zero...

Survey offers for Canadians are really limited compared to what Americans can access. Lately I've been repeatedly getting the same offers that then disqualify me for being a childless nonsmoker who doesn't watch TV. For all that, I have made several hundred Zen without spending overly much time at it. The surveys I do get are very good at weeding me out in the first few questions if they can't use me.
Doubt Canadians qualify for the bonus though. Oh well.
I personally haven't done any in awhile, but I made around 15K or so Zen from them, so they do work. Been awhile, however, so I can't say how they work now, but they do take A LOT of time.

. . . . . I wish I could do some of these, unfortunately every single one i have tried tonight.... I get to the very end and get this:
You were disqualified from this survey because our client is looking for a specific requirement. We would love to qualify you for other surveys - head on back and try another survey.
Failure is only the opportunity to begin again. ~ Henry Ford
. . . . . Very discouraging, to say the least. 10 surveys tried and they ALL gave me that at the END. Now there are no surveys available for me to even be disqualified for.
(Update: I did just finally earn some zen, got 9 Zen for watching two videos. I also got 140 Zen for doing the Dr. Oz "True Age" one. It required me to sign up on a third party site and fill out a ton of health questions. This last one I was pleased at getting the Zen for doing it. )
. . . . . Out of the 15+ I tried tonight, only one I tried wanted to install a coupon program. I closed it and did not download it. I'd be all over PWE with my complaints if Peanut Labs tried infecting me with malware. Since PWE started using Peanut Labs (a long time now), I've never been forced to download something without clear consent. In all cases, I choose to not download it and skip that particular offer.
. . . . .I run NIS and pay annually for Symantec's top notch protection. As well, I have the knowledge of how to diagnose, repair, and remove most viruses, malware, and registry errors and have been doing so for over 20 years. So, I'm sure I'd know if Peanut Labs was infecting me with malware. That's probably the only good thing I can say about my experience with Peanut Labs, is that they don't infect users with malware.
Just tried and was disqualified from every single one I tried , what a complete waste of time.

I find it very interesting that while I do get disqualified a lot, it's almost invariably quickly. Maybe being Canadian isn't so bad if it saves time, even if there are fewer offers. Tonight it was the same old "deodorant study" that I really wish I could permanently flag to not show up anymore, since they're only interested in people with kids. I was also disqualified from a new-to-me one because I don't eat at McDonald's. But I did one a while ago where they wanted my opinions about sushi, which I do eat.
For whatever reason, the surveys with icons frequently don't give credit (they'll just hang at open status), like they can't actually register that hey, you jumped through the hoops - even when they say they come from reputable organizations like Harris Poll and Nielsen. The watch a video ones are usually fine, and the plain text ones at the top that actually are through Peanut, provided you don't get screened out.

You are just experiencing what the rest of us were experiencing all along. If you do not answer the way they want you to answer you get disqualified. In one case they had me do multiple prequalifying surveys only to disqualify me. I thought that I was doing the actual survey after passing the prequalifying one. They shouldn't be allowed to waste my time with multiple prequalifying surveys.

Most definitely am getting the experience that most of you were. I don't know what happened, because to start it was good zen production, but I guess it was too much.

waste of time doing these they need to be more transparent as to what there looking for. Even if it says your not what there looking for they should give you some thing as every question you answer is data that can be used.

That's the thing I find annoying , even though they don't pay up they are still happy to spam your email with useless offers using the info they gathered in the "pre qualifying surveys" , they should either pay up and use the info they get or not pay up and delete it all.

Right on. I know zynga actually responded to complaints about bad offers, but cryptics is just like "we are not responsible" which is bull****. Peanut Labs should not be allowed to accept email addresses unless you've completed the survey and are about to get the zen reward.

Good evening all! I was wondering, if they disqualify you, how do you verify that they did not keep the data that you have input to add to their survey databases?
And if they never give you the Zen, even after you successfully complete the survey, isn't that false advertising? Or is there a hidden sub-clause somewhere in the agreement that allows them to issue you the Zen at their leisure?
It almost sounds like people are working for nothing. And from a business perspective, I am sure that Peanut Labs is not discarding the information, even if they disqualify you. Survey data is survey data, no matter how they gained it.

I have never really had any issues with them. You just have to be creative sometimes.
I don't know how creative I can be about a survey that never actually credits my account with zen.

I have only had that issue a couple times, and usually it is the ones with the icons (which are usually poor attempts at disguised ads).
But honestly I do these on my lunch break and earn 2-300 per day during the week (I am in Canada).
It is basically enough to let me buy some of the premium content and realize that it is not worth the money.

About half disqualify me. The other half complete successfully and I never see any zen.
So, yeah, eff that. My time is actually worth more than that.
