What 4e spells/powers would you like to use most as a control wizard?

    To get back to the OP, I would like to see non-ice spells.

    I realize ice and cold is a traditional MMO control power, and I also see non-ice powers on the list. I'm glad. Please continue that.

    Making a "control wizard" class is, I think, perfectly workable and this allows considerable room for player customization. But it is important that the class not become an "ice wizard." That's just too limiting.

    Unfortunately, my favorite spell of all time is not in 4e... Glitterdust But that's what I want...

    Big issue is that it's a lvl 5 daily. And level 5 daily means Visions of Avarice. Nothing Else :D

    edit:It is... wonderful to behold! I've been DMing for so long, I haven't really gone over every nook and cranny of the Power books, I can't believe I missed it.

    I would definitely want to see anything with Lightning, it's always been my favorite elemental attack. Chain Lightning, Ball Lightning, throw 'em at me. If Arc Lightning was implemented as an At-Will power I'd probably have a joygasm.
