The fix does NOT work. I got 10 parels refunded which gave me just NOTHING again! What a waste of time and money
What exactly do you mean by "nothing"? Did you get a gift of simril, and 2 other items with each of the parcels, just not something epic that you really wanted or could sell for a lot of AD?

I was under the impression only items from the starlight bags were bound. Out of my replacement parcels, I received 2 staldorf companions, back to back that were bound to my character. Just wondering if this is working as intended because I received several other mounts and companions out of parcels and none of the others were bound? (just to clarify I did not open any starlight bags today)
Not all PS4 players are angry and frothing at the mouth over this. Thank you for your hard work, and thank you for getting back from your vacation and putting all of the effort into this that you did. I have a friend who is on right now that said we got our gifts back - he's quite excited for all of us to get off of work.

Staldorf and Neverwinter Champions Charger (mount) are bugged and are BtC when they should be BoE, sadly, I doubt they will do anything about it though...
@miasmat is there any chance of the event being extended by a little on ps4. 2 days is not a lot of time to find people to exchange gifts with. a lot of people won't have this week off like they did during the main holiday two week period. it would be nice to have a little time now? we also missed out on double enchants for opening gifts for this unlike the other platforms. it would be nice to get a little extra for the longer wait..

I really dont understand somethings. They "fixed" the problem in starligth parcels because dont drop gift of simril, but after received my starligth parcels, if my char already opened 20+, i just received blue unidentified itens or transmute weapons, BUT, if i open with chars that have opened 20 gifts or less, than, drop somethings like green companions.

The RNG is just not liking you very much. You got lucky with the first ones.
To put it more in prospective - for the first 5 parcels you open, your "bonus" rewards has a loot table of 5 possible rewards. After opening those 5, the loot table gets expanded to include 7+ more (12+ total) possible rewards. After 10, it gets more than doubled, adding another 14 possible rewards to the mix, making it 26+ possible rewards. After 15, even more gets added. After 20, you have access to the entire loot table of possible rewards. The drop rates on the Unidentified blues and the enchants are still quite high though. The odds of getting one of those "Highly-Sought-After Rewards" is still quite low.

How does this work? I know I bought Over 30 from the zen market and I only get 7 parcels back. Maybe i bought b4 it was fixed thats what I am getting back again

Yes, you should have only received back any Parcels that were opened before the bug was fixed.

I wonder if there is a really, really, low chance of getting something from the "really good" loot table with every package opened?
So I've opened today around 140 parcels and bags and still did'nt get 2 of those items, just the light, fireworks and random loot. No blues etc. Not a single one. Is it supposed to be so?
Still not fully correct, got the mysterious crystal charger, when i opened it the comment said that i had an epic but it was blue... Took a screeny but i'm not around long enough to post it...
yeah i know that mate, but when opening the box: the text said: that i had obtained an epic reward qualitty item but a got a blue mount and blue insignia

This is correct. You can talk to the NPC that gives you the coupon (name escapes me at the moment) and ask about what the possible rewards are, for a full list.

What will happen regarding the bugged parcels that people opened after last weeks reset, but before the emergency reset? Xbox and PC was both affected by that, iirc and I haven't seen anything about it...
Obviously PS4 has been a more urgent issue, but that seems to be under control by now.

The way you stated that makes it seem like your on a fit over the ps4 users, which may I point out only have 1 day to finish the event. I would personally like to share with you that while I appreciate receiving some boxes the emergency reset bugged 1 of my characters reset my parcels opened and I'm still not getting the blue items nor enchantments. I am however glad they have or at least tried to fix any issues.
