Options UI STILL Bugged

There has been multiple reports sent in from myself and others that I have talked to that have the issue in game and nothing is done to fix it or even admit that it is an issue. I was told in one response over two months ago to do a forced patch then to do a clean/fresh install of the game to no avail as it is an issue in my daughters' , girlfriends and my own accounts all accessed on different computers. The 'bug' is simply one where several of the options using a drop down menu to select one of the many options is click through and unable to be selected. Example is the Player Name showing option you can select the first option but the rest just clicks through to the other menu this happens no matter if you move the main ui window around or not or even if you move the rest of the UIs around so as far as what I can do on my side there is nothing that I can do to fix this and yet no word from devs on it and several patches and it is still an issue since Alliances were introduced and in some cases even before then

I'm sorry, I don't understand what bug you are reporting. Can you please add clear reproduction steps and a description about the issue specifically?

Basically there is a overlay issue when trying to select anything on the options screen along with other places. You click 'through' them and do not select the options or items.

I open the Options interface and select the tab that allows me to go to an are that gives me the option to show my name, to myself, and am able to only select 'on Mouseover' but not the others in the menu that drops down. ie always

When am able to get in game after maint will add more detail to the steps to give a more detailed idea of the issue as it is now am going on memory

edit: Here is the steps that I take to check that this is fixed or not ....

1.) Open Options by pressing the 'esc' key and clicking them or by activating mouse to be able to manually and clicking the Options Icon in upper screen menu

2.) Select the Interface Tab and then clicking the Hud Bar to expand its menu

3.) Scroll down to where you see the section labeled Yourself

4.) When you look in that section there is two options 'Show your name' and 'Show your Life' both have the options in a drop down menu named 'Mouse Over' 'Recently Damaged' and 'Always' the problem is that ONLY 'Mouse Over' is able to highlighted letting you know you can click it the rest are not as if they are unable to be chosen.

I have moved everything possible with the Options window in different positions as well as using the Rearrange HUD option in game menu and this doesn't help. I have reinstalled the game with a fresh install as well as forced verify the game multiple times. This has persisted since Alliances were introduced and has been reported through In Game Help as well as on the forums still no fix as the latest patch today did not fix it for me or my daughter. I even force verified

@panderus , it's a GUI event scope issue. If you try to select the option to always display your character's name overhead, the menu item on the drop-down doesn't respond to mouse interaction. Instead, controls underneath the drop-down menu respond. This only happens in cases where the drop-down menu extends below the edge of the panel that contains it. The software is deciding that since the mouse click occurs outside the drop-down's parent panel, it should send the mouse event to the panel that does lie underneath the mouse, even though the drop-down menu has appeared on top of it.

still no word or contact over this other than @panderus asking for clarification seems not a important issue to them despite that it is a good portion of the options and player base experiencing this issue
