Suggestion: option to respec feats or boons only for AD.

Since the current AD cost to respec feats and boons is over 100k even with the nerf to invocation AD, and most of the time we do it we really only want to move few points in the feat tree or change one or two boons, I suggest that there should be a less expensive option to change either feats or boons rather than having to do both.

While annoying to have to do both, you can get respec tokens from Sybella cheaper.

Not really. She only allows you to buy one of each of her wares for each character you own. If you complete her campaign, you get 31 pieces of currency which exactly matches the combined price of the five items she has for sale. Each time you buy something, it disappears from the store for that character. It's somewhat annoying. The only saving grace is that, if I remember correctly, the respec packs she sells are Bind to Account so you can give one characters allocation to another one.

I think the point was that it takes less time to make a new alt and play the game to the end of Blacklake or however little is required to get a respec token than to earn enough AD to do a partial respec.

And you can just keep deleting them.

The price for a partial respec at lvl 70 (116k AD) is ridiculous. How about changing the cost to gold instead. Everyone has a shitload of it but there is almost no use for it anymore.

Titan Quest's respec mechanic was like that. You paid per point you wanted to reassign.

I think it's fair to keep a full respec if you want to start fresh, change paragons, or redo your ability scores (drawing the line somewhere), but changing one feat or boon in NW is a super-tedious experience because you're stuck redoing everything. You're stuck reassigning 80+ power points that you didn't want to change at all (I don't use the AD respec because I still have many tokens, but it's also stupid-expensive).

It would take UI redesign to make this fundamental a change to how respecs work, but a points-buyback system would be a massive improvement.

Just provide an option in each section for a respec.

    - Powers (an option to adjust powers as a Draft instead of every change being permanent would be good, as well as an option to adjust them all independently, and then have a "check" to ensure you made the right adjustments and pre-reqs)
    - Feats
    - Boons (and maybe even campaign specific resets also).

I have like 30 respec kits still from Winter Fest (10 or so of those are from the previous year). So it is not a matter of cost as much as a matter of avoid the PAIN associated with clicking EVERYTHING all over again. Boons aren't bad, but clicking through Feats and especially the Powers tree is BRUTAL (particularly for people only shifting 1-2 points around).

I don't know if its possible anymore, but having enough power points to fill the sheet would make this better. Till then, I just select the powers that I would use in any spec, and just pay the 100k to redo feats and boons as needed.

    This.
And the Boons should be respec all for AD, or respec one campaign for your choice of AD or some of that campaign's campaign currencies.
