Hey folks,
I have a disability which makes it very difficult for me to move and attack at the same time, and to dodge-roll. Is there a class and spec I can play that is mostly stationary and doesn't have to dodge much? Maybe something that can block instead of dodging? I'm talking PvE, no PvP.
Thanks!

I put together a little picture of my key mappings, with the keypad keys shown in black and the original key mappings in various colors beneath. Encounter keys are mapped to three corners and a daily is mapped to the fourth. The interact key is mapped where my left index finger can easily get to it, and other useful keys are mapped elsewhere. The "Special" key is only used on my GF and OP: for the GF it marks targets and for the OP it uses the divine call (essentially a similar function -- it generates threat).

Is a Protection Pally a DPS or Support type?
In a group situation you should have a ranged attacker. Being close to the mobs means a lot of movement to stay alive and to push dps. That means ranged HR, DC or SW. (Note: The CW fights in the middle of the mobs in groups)
In a solo situation you should have a high survivability class, a tank or maybe gwf. Ranged attackers are usually so fragile that you need to move a lot and fast to stay alive in a solo situation with those. That means GF, OP or maybe GWF are your options.
One possible choice could be a DC. DCs got some survivability, and have no need to be very close in a group setting. As a healer you are a support class, and you can spec for healing and buff/debuff.
Specifically avoid the GF. As a GF you are always expected to tank, and since a GF is very vulnerable from behind, tanking/surviving in groups means a lot of movement to keep mobs in front.

If there's a physical problem, I think the solution lies more in keybinds or alternative peripherals, rather than finding the perfect class. But if the disability is perceptual and consists of trouble with rapidly processing spatial information (or something like that), then finding a gameplay match is the only solution.
A Devotion Paladin is a non-tank that doesn't need to move around a lot in a fight. You do need to have some skill in bringing up your block to mitigate big hits and control effects, but you can stand in one place to do it. Paladin "sanctuary" is 360 degrees, and doesn't require keeping foes in front of you like Guardian Fighter block, so it's MUCH easier to use without moving. Battlefield mobility comes from an at-will power called Radiant Strike, which scoots you over to your target. While this class is primarily a healer, it generates reasonable DPS in solo content (far more than Protection Paladin) and provides some degree of group buffing.
Neverwinter doesn't especially have support classes aside from tanks and healers. Some of the DPS classes can make a support build, but they're still going to have the same gameplay feel that probably won't work for you.
