Binding Oath is not working

While fighting in Bryn Shander, I noticed that after I used BO, I kept taking dmg. This dmg is not absorbed, which should happen if BO was working.

Everfrost damage appears to be piecing through all damage mitigation. I tested CW Shield, Empowered DC AS, DC AA and none of them mitigate any of the EF dmg.

It sounds like EF dmg also pierces through BO.

Panderus - is it fixed for things like GF's shield block and DC's AA? Steel Grace, etc?

Yeah, does this mean that our collective freakout that none of our hard-earned mitigation applied to EF damage was due to a bug?

Yea it was a bug. To get blocking/control immunity to work correctly a flag needs to be applied to nearly every power that can be blocked/immune and it is not on by default.

Could you please check if Wall of Stone is missing this flag intentionally or accidentally?

BO does NOT absorb EF damage, at this time.

I do not believe that BO is fixed 100% case in point in Blizzards Return (repeatable quest) BO is not working when fighting the yeti's I was continually damaged through BO.
