Mysterious Void Locket wrong tooltip

[Mysterious Void Locket] says it gived lesser DREAD weapon enchantment. I ended up with a HAMSTER shadow claw.

Zen well spent once again.

@terramak thats over 4k zen I spent in less than 24 hours and did not get what expected.

    You and me both brother. 1 medium worg wasted and now the wrong enchant from this mysterious fail locket.
    Neverwinter Module 6: The only MMO expansion in the history of MMO's to remove more content than it added.

    It did say in the patch notes that the locket would contain the Shadowclad enchant. That's no excuse for pushing a Zen market item with an incorrect tooltip, but I'd have expected both of you to question it *before* putting up your money, not after.

    The shop tooltip says the goat is rare, but text is in purple and collection also indicates it is epic. Just as an FYI for further fixing, which ever turns out to be correct.

    Ok so i bought this pack with 2250 zen and i got the shadowclad. How can i get my zen back cause i was, for ONE MORE TIME, mislead to spend zen.

    So is an exchange going to happen or what? I bought the 20 key pack for a chance at the Dread Enchantment and got Shadowshit. I would like a swap please.

    For problems with items in the Zen store, Customer Support is probably going to be your best bet.
