Gas Spore?? Really??

Ok... graphically, texturally, and animation-wise... nice job. But OH MY GOD this is the UGLIEST mount in the game now. You are really releasing this with the launch of Underdark?? And not the Veserab??

And I seriously hope the omission of the Axe Beak, Snail, and Strider from the Trade Bar store is a mistake. If not... this monstrosity is all we are going to see because its the ONLY mount in the TB store with a bonus.

Oh... and on a side note... the thick clouds of spores that this thing gives off when you are riding it makes it hard to even see where you are going. You may want to turn that down... just a tad.

    Yeah, that mount is ugly. I will agree with that. But it's kinda cool too. I am considering saving up for that ugly thing.

    The Gas Spore is a combo Hoppity Hop plus a swing rolled into one. If you you master the timing of using the back and forth keys, you just swing in place. Trying the Gas Spore on ice wasn't too dramatic but it was making me seasick, kinda hipnotic watchin the two Balloony eyes up top spin around and around and around. The clouds of spores can give you an advantage in the annual Ice Race coming up. Just jump out into the lead and blind everyone behind ya. :p

    That is one hideous mount, and I flipping love it! :)

    It's 20% stamina regen + 10% more if you have the third set bonus on drowcraft or dusk armor.

    I have absolutely no idea what the designers have been smoking ever since the Gorgon came out, aboslutely NO cool mount came out since, they're all extremely bad looking. Naked chickens, armadillos on acid, a freaking ostridge and don't get me started about the snail.

    Worst and ugliest thing ever are 'new' faces. Elves, drowes, humans, halfling, even halforc looks like dolls from anime. Drizzt with this kind of face doesn't look like male...
    But agree: snail, strider and this gas spore aren't something cool.

    I m sorry to tell that but this mount should be forbbiden for children ^^. it looks like a giant ***k
    I don't know what they smoke or what is the deal with the mounts since mod 6, but there is a problem for sure.
    It's less and less dungeon and dragons it turn's like a bad Disneylanl park.
    The mounts are most of the time the first reason why people buy keys, and those mounts are too ugly to push people to the zen market.
    A bad moove, once again.
    Try griffin, manticora, chimera, wyverne, displaced beast, hydra, young dragons, pegasus, flying carpet etc etc, and you ll see the impact on your sales by picking something bad HAMSTER and classic-y.

    i think the beauty is not something absolute, its nice what some people may like.
    for example while the strider is relatively a simple mount, the axe one is cool. The snail has awesome animations and the simple idea of riding one is genius.
    the gas spore is brilliance: animations aside ( 10/10 ), its soooo ugly to trascend that and become awesome.
    i mean you dont tell to Picasso he lacks sense of proportions.

    Here now this is nice, winged mounts would skyrock your sales and don't need a OP bonus or real flight just floating like a perma jump by holding the jump button for real fun or extra speed...

    My toon is a GWF, and I desperately need that 20% stamina increase stat... But I'm refraining from getting this mount based on the looks of it. Worst Sugar-Honey-Iced-Tea I've seen in this game.

    ^ This... Yup, my GF uses the gas spore active bonus but I have it assigned to my trusty Nightmare. Before the new system, I would only slot the Spore in dungeons. Wow is it ugly.

    So ugly it's... yeah, it's still ugly.

    And I do mean that the artist did an AMAZING job of making it ugly. Critical hit and all that. But I have a hero complex and I like pretty things.
