Ok... this has been bothering me and I am being super lazy... well too lazy to search Neverwiki for pics which may or may not be there. I asked in the TR zone... but no replies.
I am looking for a hood, or a mask without the hat for my PvP gear. I have it currently transmuted to the Ceremonial stuff... but I HATE THE HELM. What level of TR helm offers just a mask... or hood. I know the one sold by the vendor in the ToB sells one, but that won't match the Ceremonial look. Not to mention... that is my PvE transmute.
HEPL
(I misspelled that on purpose)

I used a green helm for a transmute for a long while. it was a simple mask that covered the lover half of my character's face. From memory, it was something between lvl 20 and 40 and cheap from the AH.
Agile Mask (white quality, level 12) is just the lower mouth mask, but it clips with armors that hug closer to the body at the back of the shoulders. As for something that's JUST a hood with no mask... only one I can think of is the one that comes with the HR booster pack, the Hood of the Wild.

@sabre10 I keep wanting to ask you but I forget. LOL
I always wondered what dye you used on her as well.
Thank you... maybe I will make something for that.

As with Drkbodhi, I spent alot of time looking for a decent transmute to cover the hideous look of the burning helm
As far as I've been able to see, the hood of the wild is the only open faced hood available. Personally though, I wasn't willing to buy the pack just for the hood.
Its a shame that there isn't more variety in the availability of different looks

NP man! I have the Burning Mask dyed plus some cheap level 10 armor of something and a scarf from the Winter event. I'm after that mortal kombat look plus the scarf :]
Have a look at Hammerstone Mask - very rare drop from Dwarven Valley area (HE's and Hammerstone Queen if I remember right). Sometimes appears on AH for around 50k AD

I think that one makes your head look like a male HAMSTER....

My character has a naked dome. One of the ways he shows other Drow that he casts aside his heritage. I am just never satisfied with the way he looks though.

If you go on the preview server you can get free vouchers to check them out. The hoods and the TR armor in general is ATROCIOUS. It makes you look like a chicken of sorts. I think someone was having fun at the expense of TRs. First off you have 2 giant dragon heads on each shoulder.
Yes... it is a hood, but trust me... you don't want it. I will, yet again, be transmuting everything I get.

...heck, bodhi, the devs make everything look atrocious. They've been infected what is known as the FPSS -- the "Fancy-Pointy-Shiny Syndrome", a known, terrible disease that afflicts the design team and makes them always come up with these fancy designs with way too much emphasis on pointy objects and shiny surfaces.
The last time I've seen this terrible disease in action was with Blizzard... after the affliction, everyone in WoW now walks around with shoulderpads the size of 25" Samsung flatron LCD monitors, with spikes growing everywhere, fancy designs with layers everywhere and shiny glint all over.
So currently, it's difficult to make your TR look actually stealthy and inconspicuous. Most of our gear look like something out of a bondage HAMSTER.

That is why my permanent outfit choice is the Battlefield Skulker outfit for PvE and for PvP it is the Ceremonial outfit with a very low level mask.

After a moonshadow dye it looked like this:
