Anyone else having trouble starting a new Lumber Yard on the Preview?

So I spend a large amount of time getting the "Building Materials" and now it won't let e start the darn thing. I am the only person in the Preview Guild.. so.. what's the problem?

All one has to do is goto the sign at the Lumber Yard and hit the Construction button. Other than that.....we couldn't tell ya whats wrong.

Get building materials, donate to coffer, go to lumberyard site, build.

Are ye the Guild Leader or have permission to Construct buildings?

Hey I have the same problem but with every buildings. I can't build, upgrade or even destroy any of them. I can't set the target to build. (I'm rank 7 btw). I can donate tho, so I maxed every donations. Even relogging, changing char, meh nothing worked, so I'm stuck and can't go any further.I think you're having the same bug.
