I think I have made a big mistake (Horn of the Lostmouth)(new DLC)

Since the announcement of mod 6 I have been looking at some builds for a TR, then realizing there was a lostmouth set which actually looks great for a TR, I am not sure if we will be getting this, also on PC i have noticed they get 4 artifacts and xbox get 3, but here is my story.
Not to long ago I saved up for a horn which cost me a huge 5.5m, as I didn't have the dragon-born pack this was good for the power, I then got it all the way up to an orange which was a huge grind, then astral/zen crashed huge so I thought i had a load of AD i am going to get the dragon-born pack (was around 1.2m AD at the time) My thought process then was I don't need the armor pen (which now is getting a higher cap(again stupid me) of the horn so I will refine the horn into my red dragon stone (not quite realizing I needed it and the fact it started off as a green and cost me 5.5m) I soon realized what a huge mistake I had made. I should of just kept it because it only got my red dragon stone up like 15 levels, and it will either mean me buying another horn or grinding elol for another one, if we get the full lostmouth set that is.
Not asking for sympathy just pointing out don't get rid of your horns or anything we might actually need for now till we know what were getting in the dlc.

you might want to get in contact witch ARC support, they will help you get your horn back if you ask nice. Also know the date when this "happened", it will help them roll back on your account and restore it for you.

If this works, NEVER EVER REFINE a Horn of Blasting into anything else.

Fingers crossed for you man.

With us just getting tiamat i didn't expect us to catch up to pc so soon, but yes was very silly and looking back now I actually don't know why i did it, a brilliant diamond would of got me like the same xp as the horn refinement. Also this was my fault completely and I would lose a fair bit if it asked for a roll back, lose a few mil AD and items that I have worth a fair bit. I think i will just buy back a horn before the hype becomes real and they are more expensive then they are now.

They just roll it back on their end, to see if the horn was initially there, then give you one they kinda create, you wont loose anything in this process.

You only loose if you dont react and contact support ASAP man.

They will not give him a rollback or another one, as the one he had was used as refinement, on purpose.

Lets not kid ourselves here.. It isn't that difficult to just say "oops omg I refined my artifact by accident!! lulululul!"
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they did in fact reissue a new artifact.

P.S. Why are you trying to pass off an assumption that you have as a factual statement? You aren't customer service..

They treat every customer different, the inconsistency is disgusting. My ticket was a disaster.. They have given unbound artifacts like the horn of blasting back to people who "deleted" them. I misspent 15 linu on an item I already owned.. for me it was a "no go".. I had nothing to gain other than the 15 hard earned linu I wanted back. But yet they will give a 5 Million AD item back which was originally bound.. gross.

Sorry to hear this TC but listen to Kreatyve and do not attempt to get another by saying "oops I did it as a mistake" in a support ticket. Thank you for posting this for other people to not make the same mistake, it was very kind of you.

I realize that I am not customer service, but I'm not exactly assuming anything. He didn't delete the artifact, he used it as refinement points on another one. They can't give him another one as the same level, because it was used as refinement points on something else. They could possibly rollback his character, but more than likely won't because it was done on purpose.

Yes the OP has admitted that he did it on purpose even though he obviously regrets his actions. It's not really the developers place to compensate players for bad decisions, only for genuine mistakes occasionally at their own discretion.
