Guild Deleted

Our guild logged on this morning 9 am AEST to find our guild had been deleted.
All our leader say they didn't do it, so we want to know what happened.
We have been a guild from the very start of NW.

A VERY SAD DAY.

Any Help would be great as we all wanted to play strongholds and had been preparing for it.
This need to be fixed guild should not be so easy to delete!

    We had all bank slots open and filled for stonghold.
    We had over 120 accounts and 250 characters.
    Thanks for th info about having to delete all toons magenubbie.
    And yes all guild members are logging reports with GM help, including origial founders

    Your guild wasn't necessarily deleted. A h4ck3r (f'n profanity filter) can kick everyone and change the guild's name, and you'd have no way of finding what your ex-guild is now called. H4ck3r gets a free bank.

    Support is notoriously bad at helping guilds that got compromised, because they can't roll back a guild like they can one person's account.
