Negation

Ok I'm confused here. Everyone is saying trans negation is op, but isn't it the same as perfect negation, with the exception of the incoming healing and recovery? And does the healing and recovery actually get added cos I thought I read it was bugged?

    Well its realy usefull for any class becouze of the recharge speed increse

    1: You try taking down a protection Paly with an equal gear score as you cept they have one you dont.
    2: Try taking down any class with equal gear/skill with a neg enchant while you dont have one.
    3: cry like a little girl cause it is broken and needs a huge fix
