CW stuns not working

Ok now are removed the spell storm.
- Desintegrate is not giving arcane stacks
Will increased all stuns of cw? my stuns dont work on any TR, HR etc...
All game resist to stuns.
What the plan now to compensate the spell storm? i cant stun and now i cant demage.
Give a look at stuns of cw, and take a look on resist stuns and 90 - 100k deflect of some class, we cant make nothing now, no stun, no demage only die.
