Rivenscar Ruins Bug

Its kind of a minor bug, but has anyone else noticed that when you re-spawn on the (1) side, you do so just outside of the camp fire range and have to move closer to get the buff? The (3) side is just fine, spawn and go. On side (1) you have to run back a bit. I'm sure plenty if people run off without the +1 to all stats without even thinking.
