Fatal error - Upon opening client

Hi,
Today after I opened my computer and opened Neverwinter the below error came up. It was after Neverwinter Dungeon and Dragon loading page. After that, the program closed and this error popped up. When I re-opened Neverwinter, it asks me to verify my files. However, after verifying my files, the same error is still there.
Fatal Error: Direct3D driver returned error code
(DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED) while checking sync query.
Technical Details: Sync query 13 0xcc38fc0 GetData = = 0x887a0005 0 NF

Please help, hopefully I dont need to re-instal the game as it takes a loooong time for me.
