Transcendant Fey Touch: Has 100% uptime if you can land an encounter back to back on the same target under 20 seconds. This should not be the case some classes can use many encounters in a 20 second time frame. Please look to give this enchant an effective cooldown as there is no counter to this other than using a fey touch yourself. This should be the same as bronzewood having the same effective cooldown of 10 seconds.
Transcedant/Pure Vorpal: This enchant is causing the tooltip to affect the user and not the target making it worse than the perfect version. Pure causing you to deal 2% less damage and at transcendant causing you to have 2% less dr and damage.
Transcendant Terror: The root effect from this weapon enchant bypasses cc immunity and even oghma's token of free movement cannot remove the effect. Also reduces damage taken rather then increases damage taken by the target.
Armor Enchants
Transcendant/Pure Negation: the extra recovery from the Pure version is not being added. The incoming heal bonus/recovery bonus does not work with the transcendant version. Also the DR granted per stack from negation is now additive and is also unmitigated by arpen. Which means that in pvp if you have the elemental burning pvp set you have 40%+30%(negation perfect and above) of DR that cannot be mitigated at all meaning that everyone can have 70% DR in pvp now on top of the arpen resistance. The DR granted by negation should be mitigated by arpen and should be put back to multiplicative or else the values of all negation enchants should be reduced to at least 20% at perfect and above.
