Conqueror Tree -3rd tier( Jagged Blade or Crushing Shield )

Jagged Blade - When you critical strike a foe they begin bleeding . This bleed last 15sec and deal 150/300/450/600/750% of your weapon damage over duration

Crushing Shield - your shield slam and tide of iron powers now deal 4/8/12/16/20% more damage

1) Which one is better and by the way what is shield slam I dont find any skill name shield slam ?

    Off the top of my head, isn't that one of the "override" at-will strikes when your guard is up?

    jagged blades is one of the best feats of conqueror, no waste points on crushing shield

    Jagged, do not even look at crushing.
