Why are Admin More then useless on here?

I'm scanning post after Post and the only replies off admin are "name and shame" adds. I'm searching through trying find 1 add where someone complains about rogues and they reply.. Admin you are useless..

Why dont you answer some of our questions and actually fix the most game breaking Bug in the game.. I mean dont get me wrong, The lag, 1FPS, Kick to menu, None of these bother me, not once because they have a simple solution.. Wait,,
But there is 1 thing I cannot handle, 1 thing that breaks the game more then anything, they break the game more then if your servers went down and they are Trickster Rogues..

Why, Why can't you see the most game breaking Bug in the game.. All its takes is you play 1 PVP match, Says something about your game when NO ONE who works there plays this game.. Please play 1 PVP match,, wont take take you more then 5 seconds in before you get 1 shotted by a rogue..

I mean just because i cannot touch them, now ive had to create a rogue, And now playing my Rogue in PVP im winning with 20/0, 15-0. Nothing can kill me, I 1 shot everything in my path. A true example of their power.. When campaign comes out for PVP i would like to get it done with me Main.. Not a Alt because they are OP...

Its sad has ive logged over 400 hours already, I love my GF, Im always a tank, played wow for 7 years without questioning my Class. I love being a tank, but neverwinter makes me question it, either be useless and Not be a Rogue or Be a Rogue and win everytime..

If there is a Admin reading this please, Just give us some info.. All i need is 1 question answered and that is "are they being patched"? Please

Just let me know, because if you say "NO" ill delete my GF and become a Rogue has main..

If you say "YES" ill wait, ill suffer alittle knowing that one day i wont get downed by a enermy i never saw.. Please just give us some answers..

Threads like this serve no purpose. Our duties are simply to moderate the forums. Mods and community managers =/= devs. Mods do not "fix" the game.

If you have feedback to offer, then by all means offer it. However, do not bash on the mods and forum admins because we are not directly responsible for "fixing" or "balancing" the game. Thank you.
