Companion app?

I think there should be a companion app if for no other reason than chat. Yea IK you can use smart glass but that still leaves you vulnerable while typing stuff and not able to see your screen. On top of that many people have reported laggy typing when using smartglass. It would be nice if we had an app that we could easily type in chat, choose our chat channel and so forth. I'm sure it could do tons more but I think it's needed for chat.

    They can barely field a working game at the moment, what makes you think they have the resources to produce a companion app? Not to mention if they did make one it would need bi-weekly maintenance...

    Just use a keyboard, problem solved.

    The game works for me. Sure there are some issues but thats to be expected with a game of this size being ported onto console. Either way though not everybody has a keyboard for their xbox, nor should we need to get one to be able to effectively use a in game feature. So unless you want to personally buy every one a keyboard for their XB1 no it's not "problem solved" I'm pretty sure the keyboard still wouldn't solve the issue if the big text box popping up and taking up your whole screen.

    A Companion app would do multiple things, make it easy to type up messages, make it so when you do your screen isn't filled with a huge chat window box, could make filtering chat channels much easier.It could make PM'ing a person in trade chat easier as well because god knows trying to get to somebodies name in the enclave while EVERY chat channel is flying is pretty **** stupid and thats something no keyboard will fix.

    How about next time you make a constructive post instead of "neverwinter is broke, use something that wont fix most of the chat issues"
