Brilliant Energy Enchantment

How do i obtain this enchantment? Can not seem to find much information on it for xbox one and it doesn't appear in the auction house.

I am fairly new and i heard the enchantment looks and performs really good for hunter rangers.

Comes from epics in the Delzoun Lockbox from the Champion of the North Pack. Fairly certain it's BoC when you first obtain it, which is why you haven't seen it.

Further, it's currently bugged.

You can remove it from the weapon it first comes on and add it to another, however. When you try to remove it from the second one, you get an error that you can't have more than one. I wouldn't recommend adding it to any weapon you don't plan on replacing (ie: artifact weapons).

So is it obtainable without spending real life money? also are you guaranteed to get it with the champion of the north pack?

I don't believe it's obtainable outside of the Champion of the North Pack and, yes, you'll have it in the weapon you pull out of the lockbox 100%.

Technically you don't need to spend real money to purchase the pack. You can always sell AD for Zen on the Exchange.
