Which enchantments/gear for HR PVE build shall i use?

Fairly new to neverwinter so please try to dumb things down for me a little

I love my hunter ranger but i seem to struggle to stay alive a lot during PVE but still deal (by far at times) the most damage in the dungeon. I am just wanting help on what to improve as far as enchantments and gear.

Stats are roughly 4300 dmg, 2400 crit, 1400 arm pen, 1k defence, 500 recovery, 100 life steal and only 50 deflect. All this and others add up to 11k gs.

I have radiant enchantments rank 6 in my main hand and off hand but im stuck on what to put into my other enchantment slots?

If anyone could post which enchantments are best in slot for Hunter Rangers built for PVE that would be at much use to me and im sure many other new hunter rangers will benefit from it as well!

I personally think i need more deflect/defense/recovery/life steal as i do struggle to stay alive.. Perhaps it's just me not using the correct powers etc.

Also, suggestions towards what gear is also best in slot would help me out greatly! at the moment i am using grand warden head/body with 450+ crit bonus for the set and the grand warden drake gear for the rest from the seal of drake vendor.

need high r crit and deflect pants and shirt will allow you 2 more enchants if you don't have them how high is your crit and deflect percentages now

Im not sure what the percentages are as im not online at the moment. But what should the percentages be? I have the pants and shirt but don't have any enchantments in them because i don't know which enchantments to put in which slot...

want crit at least 30 % deflect even more I have 32 crit and 44 deflect crit will help damage more than power even azure blue offence pretty cheap to get to 7 buy marks on AH not thru store silver for defense slot

How do i go about increase crit/deflect %? Just by adding enchantments with crit/deflect?
