Anointed Army Rank 4 - no change after patch... ?

Did they actually fix those things that were told in the patch notes? I left 1 point for this daily just for today's patch...and its not working as expected, not giving buffs or so.

    I see the buff being applied. However, the orbs are not floating around my character nor those hit by Anointed Army. I've turned my graphics up just to make sure, but nothing.

    Any ideas, devs?
