Deposit AD in shared bank

We need a deposit slot for AD in the shared bank for accounts so that people who play multiple characters can build up savings without using the exchange because often the exchange makes you lose money when you do the exchange to transfer money between characters.

The shared bank is supposed to allow people to do this but it only has a gold slot not an AD slot.

    Here you go.

    Open zen exchange check the prices of AD/Zen Right now are about 160ish per 100 ZEN.
    1] Post your AD for a lot less than anyone would be willing to sell.
    2] You can adjust the amount to match your AD you want to transfer. CLICK POST.
    3] Swap to the character you want to have the diamonds and open the exchange window.
    4] Withdraw your post!
    5] Your welcome.. We have been doing this since day 1 release it is not that hard.

    I have never experienced a loss when using the exchange so I don't believe your "often" statement is very accurate.

Zen purchases would possibly decrease as people would have a HAMSTER ton of diamonds to exchange. Heck exchange rates might even skyrocket as would prices in the Auction House. While this idea sounds great... most epic tragedies start from small ideas that sound great at first but spiral out of control and end in disaster.

    Maybe i'm exaggerating a bit here...

    Lol this still works on the pc version which has been out much longer. Won't be fixed.

    Not only this, but the Devs have commented on it and said that the ability to use the exchange to transfer AD is a feature and is perfectly acceptable to use in this manner.

    So, we have the Dev blessing that it is working exactly as intended. Its not something that is going to change.

    Exactly, should have made my comment more clear. I blame having been at work for 14 hours already and still have 4 more hours XD
    If they had seen this as an "Exploit/problem" surely they would have changed it.

    I just feel that the Refined AD Pool should be an account-wide currency like Zen. Unrefined AD should remain in its own character specific pool however.

    Meanwhile... Shared AD in guild banks would also be awesome.

    yes please. this would be a good thing for sure, so long as it doesnt drastically reduce the amount of astral diamonds one can earn or refine in a day.
