Opening The Way Quest Not Given

Hello
I am sorry I made an error. I had quest opening the way.
clockwork tomb is the one I can't get
Been doing Neverdeath Graveyard with my warlock.
This guy Tristopher Chettlebell was supposed to give me the clockwork tomb quest FIRST but his first was correcting history and after doing 3 I listed he says ''goodbye''
I did all
Correcting History
Dragon Attack
History Lessons
Then after submitting History Lessons he says ''goodbye'' Opening The Way I didn't get. Is it broken now?
The other one for clock work tomb didn't get it eighter. Iwas supposed to be first from him I did all other quests before it nd this one I didn't get.
Anyone else seen this?

    You have to do quests from Harper Windle at the same time. Check with her to see if she has any quests for you. (She's near the fire).

    Chettlebell won't give Clockwork Tomb first... it's the last quest in the area, Correcting History is the one early in the zone zone.
