Heirloom Packs no longer being sold?

This is my first post, so I apologize if I am making it in the wrong place.

Are Heirloom Packs no longer being sold? I created a new character yesterday and could not find the Heirloom Pack on the Zen Market.

    Created a new character? So Did you buy it on your main? If so you dont need to buy it again. Just go claim it in the Enclave. The guy is right buy where you get the first piece of clothing when you complete the rags to riches quest. has a package over his head.
