L60+ Skirmish not available ?

I'm a Level 60 ranger now!! I have accepted the quest from RHIX which is "Complete Level 60+ Skirmishes (0/3)". The problem is that I cannot find the level 60+ skirmish. 2 skirmishes are available and I have completed both but they don't count as my journal still reads "Complete Level 60+ Skirmishes (0/3)." The 2 that are available are 'Battle for the bridge' and 'Aberrant Assault'. Are these meant to count as Level 60+ Skirmishes?

How do I complete the "Complete Level 60+ Skirmishes (0/3)"?

You unlock 60+ skirmish in the campaign, however, it does take some time to get that far in the campaign. According to what I've heard, that is the only way to do it.

Good luck. I've been playing from day one on the xbox and will unlock that skirmish today. And it doesn't matter how many hours you put in because you spend your time waiting for 20 hours at a time for 1 instance to complete.

Right now I'm having the same problem. When i go to do my dailys for dungeon and skirmishes, when i queue for them, it will bring me into the said activity but then it kicks me out then says "Quest Complete". I haven't done dungeons in so long because of this. The reason i post this here is because you're the closest to my problem and i cant post threads yet. whats up?

FYI: I am lvl60

This is with all dungeons
Everyone isnt moving when i get in either. Though they are active and i can see them move its like they just sit still and then i get kicked.

Please help.
