How's the Holy Avenger heal?

Hey guys, I have pretty much the question mentioned in the title.
If I remember correctly, the heal is new with Mod 6. Anyone got any experience with it? How much does it heal for? The enchantment description mentions "healing is scaled to your weapon", but I don't know what exactly that means. Weapon damage as HoT per second for duration of 10 seconds? No idea. I'd appreciate some clarification. :)

    In the Preview forum, there was a thread with a ton of information on the new enchants.
    IIRC, some tried out a Trans HA and it only ticked for about 200. When it crit.
    Broken mechanics, broken class designs, lack of actual content, and over zealous, bronze-age moderation?

    Well, as a Scourge Warlock, I tried putting the Holy Avenger on and I noticed my Warlock's skin started burning and peeling off. I unequipped it and noticed it stopped, I put it back on and my Warlock again started burning and flinging his arms in the air, yelling "Please, player, in Belial's name, do not put that holy thing on my vile skin again!".

    I nodded my head at the screen and told him I would give it to my son's Bulwark, righteous Paladin.

    True story.

    As for the Holy Avenger with my Soul binder, fury tree Scourge Warlock the damage was not there for him (Unlike my Terror.).
    Heal as I noticed was about 200-210 per tick at level 61.
    I may not be considered by most the BEST PVP Warlock on the server but, I am the most HATED amongst them.
