couple questions please help

at lvl 60 what exactly do people mean when they talk about T1 and T2 gear? how do u get them?

why do people farm dragons? does each one have a different purpose?

last one.....

for pvp gear how do u earn the other tokens to get the best gear?

    Tier 1 Epic Dungoens require 5700 GS ( Gearscore )
    Tier 2 Epic Dungeons require 8300 GS.

    If you get to 60 and go to queues you will see the Dungeons/Skirmishes.

    No idea on Pvp as it's not my thing hopefully someone else can help.
