[BUG] Cordon of arrows with no critic hits - HR encounter

When I use Cordon of arrows when I'm less than 60' it works normally - % critics hits are simmilar to my critic chance. But when I am farther that 60' I have NO critic hits. I have 38% basic critic chance + 25% using stillnes of the forest feat (apply when no foe are within 25 feets).
