    Greed before Need. Pass if you don't intend on actually using the item, besides selling it.

    Ive always thought that greed was I want it for profit, or alt/twink and need was I need it.... as in an upgrade for the character that looted it.

    It is, otherwise it would be called need and want not need and greed.
