xbox one issue

for some odd reason i keep geting an error every time i try to log in for over an hour now it says : the console was unable to retrive a security token please try agian later what does this mean?
any idea, is there just too many people on or is the shards down right now?:eek:

I unplugged my power cord from the back of the xbox, waited 30 seconds, then plugged it back in. When I restarted the game it then prompted for an update that was not prompting before the reset. I am now online.
